As a representative of Southwest Airlines, you will help resolve customer inquiries, handle booking requests, and ensure a smooth travel experience for all our passengersall from the comfort of your home.
Requirements
- High-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
