What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide office communications support by answering calls, forwarding messages, and confirming customer work orders
– Interact with customers daily to address appointments, service issues, billing inquiries, etc.
– Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and courtesy calls
– Track customer information and maintain records in the Customer Relationship Management System
– Schedule and delegate work orders to field staff, updating and monitoring schedules as needed
– Execute daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including billing, receivables, and payables
– Manage office supplies and address office-related malfunctions or requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
– College degree preferred or equivalent business experience
– 3+ years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on back-office activities
– Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
– Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Critical thinking and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Knowledge of the swimming pool industry
– Experience with customer relationship software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
