Key Responsibilities
Efficiently perform data entry tasks with a typing speed of over 40 words per minute.
Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish, or work effectively with bilingual clients.
Utilize Word and Excel proficiently to complete assigned tasks.
Experience in tier 1 helpdesk support or triage is advantageous.
Work Environment
Shifts vary from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information
This role involves closely collaborating with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials.
Interview Process
Candidates will undergo a 30-minute video interview conducted by Alfonso.
