Job Summary:
Chili’s Grill & Bar is looking for a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated individual for the position of a Server in the Westminster location. This part-time role requires less than 4 hours a day and offers competitive hourly pay. Job Description:
The Server is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing a pleasant and satisfying dining experience to our guests. You will be taking orders, serving food and drinks, answering inquiries about our menu, and ensuring tables are clean and tidy.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and present menus.
– Make suggestions based on their preferences.
– Take and serve food/drinks orders.
– Up-sell when appropriate.
– Arrange table settings.
– Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
– Deliver checks and collect payments.
– Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
– Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
Requirements:
– Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience is preferred.
– Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
– Attention to cleanliness and safety.
– Patience and customer-oriented approach.
– Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
– Responsible and trustworthy.
– High school diploma is preferred but not necessary.
Educational Qualification:
There is no specific educational qualification required for this role. However, a high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred.
Experience:
While no specific experience is required, having proven restaurant serving or waitering experience will be a plus.
