What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage project schedules for multiple capital projects related to provider demographics
– Conduct analyses and gather project materials, including budgeting and forecasting
– Facilitate recurring status meetings and address issues that arise from the business
– Ensure successful completion of projects by managing cross-functional interdependencies
– Monitor financials to ensure budget compliance and manage risk
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience working with multiple project schedules
– 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
– 3+ years of hands-on experience with the System Development Life Cycle
– 3+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
– 3+ years maintaining project schedules for government DDI projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
– Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
– Familiarity with Healthcare Information Exchange, EDI, and the Healthcare Industry
– Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
– Proficiency with MS Visio
