Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or related coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C ).
6 years of experience turning data into a narrative with visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, tables) and presenting to HR professionals and executives.
6 years of experience interacting with and manipulating data using tools such as SQL, R, or other statistical languages.
6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree.
5 years of experience in scripting, statistical analysis (e.g., Python, R, Stata, SPSS, SAS), developing and managing metrics, and evaluating programs/products.
5 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics… tools.
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Business Analyst, you are the ultimate data expert and solve problems, conducting interviews and synthesizing ideas. You will work with a small team on projects commissioned by Google Play’s executive team, managing your own workstream(s) as you go.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
