Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for American Express customers, providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Listen to customers’ needs, respond to inquiries, and assist with a variety of requests, including account inquiries, billing issues, and more.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Adhere to established processes and guidelines to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable with technology and the ability to navigate various computer systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
