Preferred residence in San Diego, California, offers an added advantage, fostering a deeper connection to our local community. While the majority of tasks can be handled remotely, approximately 10% of your time will involve on-site activities such as running errands or property visits, ensuring that our guests’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.
We’re looking for candidates with experience in short-term rental platforms, possessing excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, including guest communication, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, liaising with vendors, managing listings on Airbnb and VRBO, generating leads, overseeing social media channels, and conducting on-site property visits.
Weekend availability is essential in this role, given the nature of the industry’s demands. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach and familiarity with property management practices.
