Job Description

Yelp is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will play a critical role in growing our business by developing new relationships and managing existing accounts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while leveraging your sales skills to drive impactful results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Present Yelp’s value proposition to potential clients, tailoring presentations to the needs of each client.
  • Manage and track your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
